Dermal fillers for the midface, chin and nasolabial folds use a hyaluronic acid gel from the Galderma range to restore volume and refine facial contours. Hyaluronic acid is a substance found naturally in the skin, and when placed into targeted areas it adds structure and support. This treatment can soften the lines that run from the nose to the mouth, add definition to the chin, and address flattening across the cheeks and midface.
The gel is introduced beneath the skin using a fine needle or cannula, following a plan tailored to your facial proportions and goals. A single millilitre allows for focused correction of one or more of these areas, with placement decided by your clinician during your appointment.
What to expect:
- Mild swelling, redness or small bruises that usually settle within a few days
- Little to no downtime for most people, with normal activities resumed soon after
- Aftercare guidance provided by the team, including advice on avoiding heat, exercise and pressure on the treated area
Treatment is carried out by our clinicians in a private, GMC-registered setting. Your medical history, facial anatomy and expectations are reviewed before any decision is made, and individual responses vary. Suitability is assessed at a free consultation at 19 Harley Street, London.

What areas do these fillers treat?
This treatment uses dermal filler to restore volume and support in the midface and chin and to soften the nasolabial folds that run from the nose to the mouth. One millilitre suits refining a specific area. We assess the whole face for balance at consultation.
How long do the results last?
Most hyaluronic acid fillers last around twelve to eighteen months in these areas, depending on the product and your metabolism. We discuss expected longevity and any maintenance for your plan at consultation.
Is there downtime?
Downtime is minimal. You can usually return to normal activities the same day, though mild swelling, tenderness or small bruises can last a few days. We give aftercare advice to help everything settle smoothly.
Will it look natural?
Yes, when placed carefully and in the right amount. Natural results come from restoring support where it has been lost and keeping the face balanced rather than overfilling. We build gradually and advise honestly on what suits you.
